Always a warm welcome and made to feel comfortable . The highlights are as good as a top London salon at a much more competitive price . Went out in the evening after my hair appointment I got so many complements it was amazing . You can't ask for more than that .

Lovely welcoming smiles, made me feel at ease, I would say very professional and go out of their way to please. Loved the foot and hand massage and everyone has commented on my nails.... Excellent!!!

Happy with the haircut/blow dry and the hairdresser was lovely, but was not happy about being charged an extra £3 at the end for "long hair". Booking page made no reference to this and it only took 40 min which is less than the predicted time at the cheaper price. Only £3 I guess, but still.
