First of all I could notice from the time the hairdresser started my haircut that she was not used to the style I asked for (i.e. Bob haircut). I noticed it, but unfortunately it was already too late to ask her to stop. Then, another client was in a rush, having come without an appointment, and the hairdresser asked me if I would mind to wait while she cut her hair. I said I had other commitments as well and of course she had to finish my haircut first. When I paid, she said it was going to be £10 more than the agreed amount through Wahanda! I did not accept that, of course. Left really disappointed.
