Alessandra's approach is to start by taking the time to fully understand the patient's reasons for being there, whether to help cope with stress (e.g through lack of sleep) or physical aches and pains before starting the treatment. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and invigorated.
I'd never previously had a holistic massage but I have to say I'll be making more appointments here in the future. Outstanding

I had a fantastic massage with Ali. Very thoughtful, thorough and careful. Ali made me feel relaxed and was very professional. Her technique and process is very effective and she has really helped me with various issues in my back and neck. I would highly recommend her to anyone -whether they wish to relax and de-stress or tackle an ongoing issue.

The massage was amazing and Alessandra is absolutely lovely! I really liked that she takes (an additional) 15min before the Massage to ask questions and understand what you’re after, but the 15min are not taken out of the massage time (like in so many other places). I felt super relaxed after my 90min massage and will definitely book one again. Great value for money!
