aris is fantastic. my neck and shoulders have been been painfully stiff & achy for months. i had a 45-minute deep tissue massage. the pain relief & increased mobility it has given me have absolutely made my day. i cannot praise aris enough. he easily identified all the messed up bits of my neck, back, & shoulders, regularly checked that the pressure was ok, and dug into all the knots til they let go. this was a proper deep tissue massage and aris is congenial and very good at what he does.

Thank you Aris!! I was experiencing a lot of pain in my left shoulder and at the bottom of my back and was struggling with mobility. After just 30 minutes Aris had worked his magic and the pain had eased and I could move again! It was so good that I've booked again for this week and have no doubt that I will be visiting AM Sport Therapy and Wellness on a regular basis from now on, thanks again!
