Thank you Aris!! I was experiencing a lot of pain in my left shoulder and at the bottom of my back and was struggling with mobility. After just 30 minutes Aris had worked his magic and the pain had eased and I could move again! It was so good that I've booked again for this week and have no doubt that I will be visiting AM Sport Therapy and Wellness on a regular basis from now on, thanks again!
