There is nothing nicer than going to a treatment where you really feel like your experience matters. Carla was so thoughtful - from making sure I was comfortable and relaxed and taking her time in carrying out my mani and pedi. I never felt rushed not did I feel like I was just another appointment. I was thoroughly pampered and I can't wait to go back ;0)

I had a Olaplex Rebuild Treatment and a trim. Carla went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience- she explained how I can achieve healthier hair and scalp, which is really important to me. Just with the one Olaplex treatment there was a visible result next day with my hair being a lot softer and feeling "sealed"- I have a tendency to have split ends. The trim left my hair feeling light and full. I enjoyed the whole experience and cannot wait for my next appointment.

Carla was super friendly and professional. She explained everything thoroughly from the treatment to after care. She went above and beyond also cut my hair as my previous haircut left uneven patches and the straight hair accentuated those, that was not part of the treatment and it was really kind of her. Overall I am very happy
