Carla, once again worked magic and managed to give a fantastic head colour after my hair was different colours (dark and blonde) with grey roots and now instead of the colour looks very natural and I haven't got any more grey hair! Carla managed also to give me new feet, nice and smooth like a baby!

I travel 1 to 1.5 hours to see Urte as she is that good. She takes the time to make the whole experience a relaxing and therapeutic one. From ensuring the bed is comfy (blankets included), being a warm & welcoming person, having a range of music/podcast/conversation topics - she just makes it wonderful every time.

What a treat! Carla is the most lovely, knowledgable, passionate therapist I've met in years (maybe ever!) She did a brilliant job with my Brazilian Keratin and did a fun pedicure that will keep me smiling in lockdown! I can't wait until I need to go back again... Plus "AMA" means love in Italian...what is not to love about that!
