There was no appointment as the salon was CLOSED when I arrived. No phone numbers worked and I had prepaid. First booking for this salon - won’t be booking again! Now have to wait 24hrs for refund. Not impressed. Going on holiday this weekend.

The lady was so rude, made me feel very uncomfortable and even tried to charge me more because she used two types of wax on her own accord.

Not a good experience unfortunately. I came and the salon was closed. It got rescheduled to the day after and the hairdresser didn't know how to treat my hair, almost making it a problem that I have curly hair.
She did cut my hair and came out good eventually but the experience was awful for me, as she knows.
