Had a Hollywood waxing and under arms and I can only rate it one star since I called the day before the appointment to ask for sure if they use hot wax and not strip wax, since the price was sort of cheap for this kind of treatment. The answer was yes, but when I went for my appointment is was a lot of strip wax used, and when I got home I saw that plenty of hair was left, only shorter :( The lady is very sweet but the treatment.....

Not the friendliest staff and cut waayyy more than I asked them to. Probably wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they're after a very cheap no-fuss haircut.
