The staff was friendly but not experienced. I ended up with my hair completely oily and my skin looking the same. The staff put me under vapour for 15 min and then they spent less than a minute for the extraction. I was very disappointed as the reason why I went for a facial was to get a deap and proper cleanse. At the end she put a mask, but she didn't clean my face very well. I only noticed when I left the shop. I won't go back and I definitively do not reccoment
