I booked via Wahanda and then tried to get in touch with them via e-mail and left a voicemail to add a tint to the booking, I didn't hear back. I then left a voicemail to cancel the booking, I did not get any confirmation or any signs of life from this salon.
The ladies there were lovely and It was as you expected for the price.

Very friendly. Was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away. Rooms were perfect temperature (not too hot or cold), which I find important when having a wax done. It was done very quickly and has been the least painful waxing experience. The therapist had a good technique. The only issue is that there was quite a bit of patchy hair left (I only noticed when I got home- I'm sure if I had mentioned it when I was there, she would have sorted it out), so I will have to attempt to wax that myself, and the Brazilian strip was not straight (maybe because the waxing was mainly carried out with her standing on one side) and a chunk had been taken from the middle strip, which means I will probably have to remove it all and start again. Even so, I am still happy with the service, it's not easy finding therapists you feel so comfortable with. It was a good experience, I will go there again and I will recommend.

Lovely staff but the place needs a bit of TLC. That said the facial was good and exceptional value for what I had done.
