Great value for money, staff were friendly and able to fit me in 15 mins early. Nice haircut and very quick
Booking was a disaster: the salon tried to call me to reschedule, but I never got their call. I tried to call the salon but their line was down. I went in person at my appointment time (10:30) and was told to come back at 11:30. When I got back at 11:30, I was told they were fully booked and that I had to come back at 12:30.
Complete mess with Treatwell's booking system, and then with the Salon's own booking – and customer service was completely unable to help.
Haircut was otherwise fine.
The haircut was OK, but the stylist was unnecessarily rough with my hair and scalp. She kept saying that my hair tangles easily - which might be true - but it doesn't help to constantly pull it so hard my neck was bent backwards.
