Bizarre. I asked for blonde beach hair and have left looking like Rihanna! Do not listen or explain. Not what I asked for! Rude. It's not my fault your internet and therefore your card payment and Internet does not work. I sent them groupon voucher 4 times to the correct address. Treat you like a criminal when their card machine does not work and you need to pop to the cash point opposite to pay. Not a treat at all. Holiday sun kissed hair out the window! What a waste of time and money. Vee did cut my hair nicely but has limited listening ability although good at smoking and drinking energy drinks!
Great venue - and nice staff. Were running quite late on the day I went for my appt and so waited for nearly 45mins past my treatment time before I was seen. Lucky I wasn't in a hurry but would have been annoyed if I was.
Fiona cut my hair and she did it really well. She cut my hair after asking me about how was it (if it was dry, had frizz or any other problem). After drying she did some retouch. Great value and staff :) I think I will repeat!!
Fiona was great, her head massage was an amazing extra, color was well done. I'll definitely be back! Recommended
