I was really unhappy with my haircut- mainly my fringe that was cut about 3cm shorter than what I had agreed with the stylist. I spent 3 days trying to get through to someone on the phone after my appointment but no one answered. Finally I got through. I spoke to someone who told me she would speak to the manager and call me back. I never received any call back. Won’t be going back unfortunately.
Lovely salon. Vicky was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Had a great cut, wash and blow dry post lockdown! Will definitely be back.
Vicky was reallyhelpful and gave me advice on the haircut I wanted.she did my highlights blended my greys to look more natural.
Then finished off with a nice cut.
Would recommend her.
