The staff are so nice here. You really feel welcome in this down to earth, family feel, South London hair salon. Amanda was very friendly and worked quickly. There were a few random long hairs I had to cut but overall it was a nice experience

Terrible service from Amanda the owner. She hadn’t seen my treatwell booking and rudely lectured me about booking with treatwell on the day and how she has her own clients that take first priority (I booked at 12.30 and my appointment was at 6pm). Her and her coworker spoke in Spanish for the duration of my haircut. I felt very unwelcome and won’t be coming back. The lady that cut my hair did a good job but the service was too poor to recommend.

I’m very happy with my haircut. Amanda did a great job with that. Only thing I found a bit less, was that I had to pay 11pounds extra above the booked price for extra blow drying, which I actually didn’t asked for. She did good job with that as well though, and that showed the new style of my new haircut. Only now back at home I have to color my hair and wash it again, that’s why I didn’t choose upfront extra blow drying service.
