Did not get back to me after trying to get hold of salon several times. Turned up for appointment anyway to then be told what the pricing was on app was completely wrong and treatment would actually cost triple what I was expecting! Obviously I left starlight away. Very awkward and unpleasant. Avoid!

I had a warm Hollywood wax. good value for money. I prefer hot wax to be honest.. but she did a good job.
