Vitalie was absolutely great and I love my new nails, brilliant attention to detail and the nail art is amazing! My only issue was that one of my nails fell off just a couple days after, Shazia was great on the phone and booked me in to have a nail repair asap! However, I was quite disappointed to have to pay for the repair considering it happened so quickly after the original apt. I know nothing is free but I have to admit that from my phone conversation I had assumed that it would be. At my appointment it was also strongly suggested that I get a manicure and I did also choose to have some nail art – all of which added on to the cost – but this was only explained to me at the till. This wasn’t an issue for me at the time, but considering I’ve now also had to pay for a repair – it all adds up!
All in all, brilliant service, great nail art, and really friendly staff – but the nail repair cost have left me slightly disappointed.
