Great service, appointment available at short notice, reminder text received. Ear piercing was quick and relatively painless. Would have given 5 stars but there was no after piercing solution available.

At the end of the wax no remaining hairs were removed with tweezers. Also a fair amount of wax was left on my skin, making my journey home uncomfortable, until I used a wipe at home to remove it myself.
