I thought Shazia was very knowledgeable, patient and very good at her job. She made me feel very welcomed as well as recommendation for an issue I had and recommended a fantastic offer which was much appreciated . She was gentle, explained the process and really made me feel at ease and comfortable in her presence. Definitely somewhere I would revisit and recommend to others
