Eva is a lovely girl but there was no proper consultation for first time client, she was rushing around looking at lashes and she did not have a wide range either, i said i wanted natural volume and all technicians would use the lightest onw which is 2D and i forgot to mention specifically 2D, i took my own lashes which were very natural but after treatment she said were too fine for 2D but she did 3D anyway which i never wanted so it didnt make sense. I have never had 3D before and would never have with 0.07 thickness, she didnt listen at all or understand meaning of very natural. She gave me a full refund but it has been hard and damaging to my lashes to removes so bad experience for me. She needs to discuss properly what client wants.

Unfortunately I noticed barely any difference in the shape or colour after having my lashes permed and tinted. Such a shame as the therapist was so lovely I'd love to go back but don't want to waste my money.

Eva is absolutely brilliant and makes you feel really at ease. My wax was so thorough and as pain free as a wax can be. Her room is really relaxing spacious and well lit, and the whole experience was just lovely. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!
