From the moment I arrived at reception I was looked after with care,courtesy ,friendliness and professionalism. Jana was a delight.I wanted to click on all the adjectives provided, but as I was only allowed one,’ caring’ won! As well as being caring she was also very professional ,ready to adapt to my needs and good at her job; much appreciated,having just had a very long flight and suffering from jet lag! Thank you for a lovely experience.I hope to be back! Imogen .
