Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The back and shoulders massage was very good. Quite an intense massage but helped release my knots and tension in my shoulders. Was very tender the next day but the day after I was fine.

Ayuverdic methods are healing. I’ve been under a lot of stress and felt much better afterwards. The treatment really supports the mind and body. It’s an intensive experience and I’d recommend the treatment along with exercise and a good diet.
