Room was absolutely freezing, I was told by the staff the owner turns the heating off mid afternoon. My massage was in the evening so it was really cold, therapist said I could move rooms after about twenty minutes but got another heater, room just warmed up at the end of the time. An expensive treatment to be freezing! I own a salon too and I used to use here often, the last 3 maybe 4 massages the rooms have been cold. Won’t be back again. Shame as they have some good therapists.

2nd visit and I am so pleased I came back. My treatment was exceptional and really helped with any aches and pains I had. Thank you Tina for being so attentive and providing a 5* massage. I highly recommend.
