The massage was lovely but a bit painful- I had hoped it would be a bit more relaxing but the therapist didn’t ask about pressure etc. I should have said something but at the same time it was a great massage and probably better that it was painful as I clearly needed to release tension in my shoulders! The room was a bit cold though and could have been darker/ more ambient.
