Phone buzzing, no intensity of massage, no communication

Such a shame to arrive today and have to sit in reception listening to another clients telephone conversation.
Perhaps we should all be asked to turn our phones off as soon as we enter the spa or at least be asked to not take or make phone calls to keep a relaxed ambience.
My treatment with Dr.Karolina was as always exceptional, she is truly amazing.

Hi, I went to have a full body, 90-minute massage. It was very nice and I enjoyed the session. The therapist was warm and friendly and very professional. The only two things I would improve was the massage table was covered in paper towel on top of towel rather than just fresh towel (but this might be due to covid), second it was a little chilly in the room as we started but I suspect that was because I was the first client of the day, otherwise very very good massage.

The deep tissue massage was really amazing, the therapist Jam was very thorough and knowledgable and worked on areas with most tension, highly recommended
