The dealing at the reception was poor and mercenary. There was an offer announced on the treatwell app which I asked for. Disappointingly I was asked to pay £10/- more than the offer at the end, giving the plea that offer was limited to one therapist only. This was not specified on the listed offer. It also makes one wonder why one therapist was singled out for the offer! The fact that I'm regular customer was not of value to the management!
