My pedicure / manicure treatment was the first time I had visited and I was welcomed by all members of staff that I encountered. Every stage of my treatment was fully explained prior to commencement and I was quickly put at my ease.
The reception was immediately clean and welcoming and the receptionist friendly. My appointment started without delay.
The treatments kept to schedule and I was put at ease by the very friendly, approachable staff member. I have no hesitation in recommending.
