The venue was very good, with a lovely, calming atmosphere. The treatment itself was excellent, and I was very pleased with the overall experience.
My only complaint is regarding a gift voucher I had been given. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it because it had expired. I hadn’t realised it was only valid for six months, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was great.
