Klaudia, was very rude. The removal product went in my eye and I told her it was stingingmy eye. She said it wasn't her fault. She used a tissue to wipe my eye but there was lashes on my eye so the tissue stuck to my eye. There was a large dog there walking around. She didn't wash her hands or sanitise her hands after touching the dog. She told me that she has done the lashes for years. But I don't think so. She was not professional at all. I do not recommend Klaudia.
