Massage itself ok but nobody came to reception until 10 mins+ after my appointment time, she did not introduce herself, apologise for delay or know my name from booking. No water offered for 1hr app. Room crowded with other equipment, not a relaxing space & they haven't bothered paying for/ downloading ad free music - loud adverts are not relaxing, just get Spotify or YouTube prem?! Fluffy HOT blanket not a nice towel like photos. Not the nice pregnancy,"oxytocin-releasing" experience I'd hoped
