It was one of the most painful facials ever! Assigned beautician other than the one requested (not Sumi). She didn't fully steam the face before extraction, face has red spots, very disappointed. Will not get it done again in this salon!

Good overall, did the job and was a handy location. Would go back. They were running behind although I still got my full treatment. It's just not the typical tranquil environment as it's corporate venue.
