I’ve had over 25 sports massages in the past year, and this was by far the worst. The therapist didn’t seem trained: she ignored my request to focus more on my legs. I asked her 4 times to apply more pressure, which she did not. Her technique was rough when wiping off oil or repositioning my body, and she used tools more than her hands. I could have achieved the same (or better) result using a percussion gun on myself at home.
