It only makes sense if you work in the same building. If not, the vibes are very off.
We had problems with the building access. They could have sent both QR codes instead of one - we had to call to solve that.
They left us in the room without any instructions of how to prepare for the massage.
They also offered me to refund my payment so I could pay directly to them with a discount - that is not fair if they want to use the Treatwell platform. I left very disappointed by this attitude.
