While the ambience and cleanliness was good, the treatment wasn’t good enough. My understanding was that the practitioner was not experienced enough. She asked me the reason to get a reflexology and I said general stress but she put in zero pressure and it looked like a general application of oil. She did not even check whether the pressure was good enough or relaxing. Her technique was so bad that the wooden stick she used to apply pressure at pressure points slipped quite a few times.

I would highly recommend this clinic as it was my first time receiving a Hollywood wax and Ambee was incredibly reassuring throughout the process. Furthermore, the clinic was very clean and in a convenient location for myself. As a result, I will definitely be returning in the near future!
