Had a wonderful massage and facial, it was so relaxing and made me feel so calm and relaxed after all the stresses and strains of work. The staff were lovely and very attentive, great value for money. Well recommended
I was not happy with my experience here. Had a groupon voucher for massage and a facial, and while I wasn't expecting much, was left disappointed. The massage was just ok, however the express facial was very unpleasant. It lasted for about 15 mins (instead of 30) and good thing it did, although I still regret not cancelling it at the very beginning. The facial massage was very unpleasant, involved lots of pulling and stretching of the skin, including the constant downwards movements. The mask felt very stiff and dry during the application (not enough product perhaps?) as well as removing the cleanser, the mask and creams felt very dry and harsh on the skin (with more pulling of the skin). My face literally hurt for hours after the facial, not to mention I looked tired as opposed to rejuvenated. Also, the therapist did not say a word or explain anything during the treatment and did not appear to be interested about how I felt at all.
