The salon was well presented but when I arrived I told the staff member I had an appointment and was more or less told 'ok' and nothing else so just sat awkwardly. I was offered a tea, which was good, but they didn't specify that it was peppermint tea which would have been good to know beforehand.
The lady who did my manicure arrived and was friendly enough, but used a raspy thing to remove my previous Shellac which has weakened my nails a lot. The Shellac she then used on my nails seemed fine at the time but chipped within a day and was messy within a week (my previous manicure was elsewhere and was perfect for over a month). She also charged me (although 'discounted') for the removal of my previous Shellac, but the description of the treatment when I booked it said it included removal.

Good treat mentioned would recommend. Only squabble would be the use of product was very little. This would be my only complaint. Overall very good work.
