Wax machine wasn’t on when I got there. Only used strip wax which is so much more painful than the other wax on that area. Didn’t know much about booking. Not very discreet. Didn’t even have a towel to cover my modesty and the sliding door opened out onto someone getting their hair cut. The room was cramped, with loads of stuff everywhere and nowhere to put my clothes. Been once before and was a better experience, with a different lady. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Worst waxing experience. First issues with the treatment I booked through treatwell. Was told it was for 3 areas but I booked full body wax. Lady seemed annoyed. Was all very rushed and felt rough. Didn't take care & didn't get me to hold down below & cld feel my skin pulling. I checked areas to make sure all the hair was gone. Had hairs on both sides of my labia majora so had to ask her to remove them & noticed she ripped my skin & was bleeding. So sore the next day. Worst experience.
