This place is great - Alan is great and cares about staff and customers. He has trained staff super well. Trang was fantastic very happy with the attention to detail and my new nails!

It's the cheapest hair cut in east London for a reason. Cut with no precision, washed hair with bad shampoo, no knowledge of hair parting/styling/cutting. Scary how bad. No reply from management because they aren't even in the country.
The person cutting hair did her best and was as kind as possible in the circumstances.

Removal of nail extensions and gel was poor and the manicure was not great. My nails look like they're peeing because there is still a layer of gel left.
