It's the cheapest hair cut in east London for a reason. Cut with no precision, washed hair with bad shampoo, no knowledge of hair parting/styling/cutting. Scary how bad. No reply from management because they aren't even in the country.
The person cutting hair did her best and was as kind as possible in the circumstances.

Removal of nail extensions and gel was poor and the manicure was not great. My nails look like they're peeing because there is still a layer of gel left.

Have visited here in the past and whilst it is not a glam venue, have had a really good experience. Todays eyebrow threading was the most painful I’ve had in 12 years of having it done, and I was left with short brows even though I specifically asked for just a tidy up. 2 therapists worked on me after starting 10 minutes late. Waxing was good.
