Got there for my 11:30 appointment, 4 other women were waiting for their appointment with only one member of staff there - who had no idea whose appointment was when or for what. The room was messy, the wax hadn’t been heated beforehand, the member of staff who did the wax had NO idea what she was doing (I had to task someone else to do it). I’m still bleeding 4 hours later, after being there for an hour. Shocking.
