My treatment was 45 minutes late and they prioritised walk-ins that had arrived before me. The overall manicure felt rushed (and I had to ask for some adjustments) and made me late for a work meeting. Previous experiences at this salon have been good so hoping this was a one-off, but should be better managed in the future.
