Venue was filthy. I saw mess everwhere, dirty counters, dirty sink, dirty shelves on wheels with open vasline pots and other open containers with powders. The steam machine was also dirty and covered on wax. The lady admitted they didn't have time to clean up the night before. I got dressed and left without havinv the treatment. Manager was supposed to call me. Supposed to recieve a refund but am still waiting....

The whole experience felt rushed after the removal of the gel polish. Just 2 days after having the gel polish done, one nail is now peeling. This polish is supposed to last 2 weeks, not 2 days. Also the application of the polish was poor. The first coat was no where near the nail bed and the second was badly applied.
