The lady doing the pedicure was great, very thorough. I loved that the chair had massage function. The only con was that it seems like the nail polish used was poor quality (or old), maybe from exposure to the sun (it's kept by the windows). It felt thick while being applied and I've noticed it started to chip already on day 2.
Staff were helpful on entry but not very organised, had my bikini wax interrupted to check what treatments I was having. Theresa was really nice and friendly as she worked on me. I was surprised to find that buffing nails was not included in the luxury mani pedi so although the colour was nice it didn't sit well on unbuffed nails. I didn't complain as it was listed in the description when I checked, I had just assumed that would be a standard part of a manicure
Awful awful! Waited over 1.30mins for my full head colour - they prioritised the girls that came in for threading more staff waiting around and not paying attention to the dirtiness of the salon especially near the sink area - only one wash basin with mixture of dirty towels hanging around. Not going back there again
The Lycos hot wax is quick and not as painful as other hot waxes. I recommend
