I have never used treatwell before - and was excited at the concept. However, when I went to get my facial I have the feeling there was a muck up in pricing meaning they had underpriced it. Instead of explaining this to me, they used very cheap products on my face instead of dermologica “age smart” range as they said they would. I interrupted the facial half way through and as soon as I mentioned it the facialist didn’t even question me and immediately changed the products. Had I not know what the age smart products smell like, many other customers may not have even realised. At the end, whilst taking payment the cashier mentioned how much of a good deal I got however this was not a relaxing experience as it had to be stopped half way through.

I love coming here to get my nails done. The staff are very friendly and make every effort to give you a good experience at the venue. The quality of the services are great, so my nails always look amazing when I leave!
