Great experience.

They were not expecting me because computer system not working. I had to show them my appt booking on my phone and they took photo. Joe wasn’t there so waited a few minutes for her to arrive. Therapy room was freezing cold and although Joe put the heating on it remained very cold. Facial felt very slap dash and a couple of times products went in my eyes. My eyes are still sore. Was ask for the price until I showed them my confirmation again. I will not be repeating this experience again
