I throughly enjoyed my massages and blow dry! The team were awesome. My therapist in particular, I believe her name was Teresa, was AMAZING! I couldn’t recommend her enough!
The lady who cut my hair was nice and did an alright job. I was the first customer of the day and thought this would be a good time as it will be quiet and the place would be extra clean as I was the first one in. However the sink for hair washing was dirty and had another customer's hair in it, and I had to ask the stylist to clean the sink before I sat down. The floor was also dirty and the mirror and seat was unclean.
Another member of staff was not wearing a mask and stood over me to talk
I went in for quite a big change from waist-length hair to shoulder length. My stylist was super friendly and kept checking back regularly that I was happy with how she was doing things. Everything was super clean and well distanced. The atmosphere was really relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be back!
All good but massaging time was limited and the steamer was small no difficult to get steam
