This was listed as a mobile hairdresser but when I called to tell them my address there was no answer. I tried a few times and still no answer so I turned up at the venue address at the booked time and although there were two cars outside no-one answered. I even sat outside for a while incase they were busy with a treatment but still no reply to door or phone. Don't waste your time booking, try elsewhere instead.
I booked a hair cut and blow dry for my mom for her birthday.
If there was an option to choose no stars I would be clicking it. The venue did not contact me or my mom prior to the appointment. Treatwell sent emails to myself asking about contact as they couldn't get a response either.
It's a good job I selected to pay at venue. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT WITH THIS SERVICE.
Incredibly disappointed!?!
