Pain free and easy. It was my first time ever having a Hollywood wax, or wax in general. A lot less painful than I was expecting! Lidia was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I have a few hairs left behind but nothing I can’t handle. I feel very smooth and clean. Would recommend!

Great service, Eva was very friendly and made me a lovely coffee! Really happy with the wash, cut and blow dry, my hair looks fresh and feels healthy! Will definitely be revisiting.
