Rude, abrupt and incompetent staff. Booked appointment through Treatwell, confirmed on text the day prior, but on arrival at the salon was told they couldn't fit me in and then argued with me when I asked why I wasn't notified. No apology, no reasoning, just a nasty welcome and a bad experience.

I love this Salon the girls do really good facials, but a bit disappointed recently as I was booked in for a 40 minute facial and it lasted less than 30 mins. I will give them the benefit of the joint and go back, hopefully it was just a one off.
I love having my treatments at Inspire Me Studio. Izabella is lovely and a great beautician. My pedicure was great and perfect for my holiday :)
