This is more of a walking and wait salon, they were very busy and had no idea that I had made on appointment.
This meant that I had to sit and wait. They weee only 15 minutes late starting my treatment but due to the open busy environment and them ‘slotting’ me in it wasn’t a relaxing experience!
But my nails look good and have lasted. I’m not sure what the hygiene rating of this salon is as there was no evidence of sterilisation of equipment for or after use

the member of staff serving me was also managing other customers, tried to show her my booking because that’s all the money I thought I had before requesting what I would like ended up costing me an extra £8 which I didn’t know until I payed

I gifted my boyfriend a manicure and pedicure session. Even though I couldn’t make it to the appointment with him, my boyfriend couldn’t stop singing the praises of the staff. He was impressed with the ambience and the professionalism of the team.
