I had a shellac manicure that was probably the worst I have ever had. It was smudged all over the skin and also some parts of the nail were not polished. When I showed them, they blamed me for not telling them to use the machine to file down the cuticles. When I told them the polish was uneven, they got upset with me and did not fix it. I tried to get a refund but they will not reimburse me.
