I always experience an excellent service at AN in Putney as the staff are friendly and professionals very happy with my nails every time

Staff weren't very friendly and spoke very little English so we sat in silence for 1 hour!
Nails were left far too long even though I had requested twice for her to cut them shorter. They are already starting to lift off after 2 days! Very unhappy and will not return or recommend to a friend. Very cheap prices for a reason. And they want you to pay before they put the nail Polish on?! (I have not seen this any where else and seems very unprofessional)
Rebooked somewhere else to have nails removed and replaced!

Pedicure was done very well and the massage chair is very comfortable. Staff could be more friendly, I said more thank you to them than they did to me.
