Excellent services with my hands and feet! Best one in Putney by far. Keep it up ;)
Unfortunately this is the worst shellac experience I've ever had. The lady forgot to put the top coat on my toes so they were smudged and sticky. Thank goodness I looked down and saw, as she was just going to leave them! The staff were unfriendly and seemed affronted that I pointed out the mistake. She redid my big toes but only one coat so my nails are now different colours. I want a refund!!!

Gel Nails never last long on me in different salons but American Nails had made me feel like home. It had lasted over 3 weeks. It's unbelievable! Totally recommend this salon to anyone! Putney!!!
Overall I felt like as a new customer I wasn't made to feel welcome. I felt my pedicure was rushed and the staff were quite rude. She did a better job on my nails and I have rated accordingly. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going again.
