I loved that I called to let them know I would be a bit late and they were welcoming. The technician asked every step of the way if I was okay with the shape, colour, and so on. She finishes quite early as well. It was my first time doing my nails there and the customer service was excellent. She makes really good almond shaped nails. Definitely worth the experience. I will be going back soon with my friend.

Overall a good experience, however, the removal took 45 minutes and there was still some acrylic left on a couple of my nails as it hadn’t been filed down fully. The original manicure was brilliant though and lasted 4 weeks without chipping so I will be back!
