Worst wax of my life. I was the first appointment of the day and, when I arrived to the venue, 5 minutes before my appointment the venue was closed and no one was there. When 2 of them finally arrived, we were already 10 minutes late. The wax experience was horrendous. My skin peeled and was red, swollen and sore for days after it. Extremely disappointing.
